Collection of Personal Data Including E-Mail Addresses We collect the information you give us when you visit our Web Site and use it when you request to be contacted. You may, through the Web Site, register to receive additional information (i.e. newsletters) from us. When you register, we ask you for contact information like your name, postal address and e-mail address. We sometimes supplement the information that you provide with information that is received from third parties. For instance, if inaccurate postal or zip codes are received, we will use third party software to fix them.
AposTherapy Email Marketing Communication Policy
In each promotional email, we provide an easy and clear way to opt out of future AposTherapy email. Opt-out requests using the opt-out link in our emails are processed and go into effect within 10 business days. Opt-out requests sent by the following email information@apostherapy.co.uk are processed within 10 business days. When sending email to rented email lists, we suppress addresses of those people who have opted out of AposTherapy email in the past.
We always disclose our identity in mass email communications, including the address of our headquarters location. Our marketing email policy and practice fully conforms to the United States Federal “CAN SPAM” act of 2003 and the Israeli applicable statues such as the Protection Of Privacy Law 5741-1981 and the EU Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive in 2002. Note that some other regions have different email laws and guidelines, and AposTherapy conforms to local laws in those cases. We process your Personal Data only for specific and limited purposes. We ask only for data that is adequate, relevant and not excessive for those purposes. When we ask you for Personal Data, we tell you the purposes for which we will process that data.

HEALTH INFORMATION PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT Purpose of this Statement AposTherapy respects the privacy of protected health information and understands the importance of keeping this information confidential and secure. This Statement describes how we protect the confidentiality of the protected health information we receive. AposTherapy maintains various processes to ensure compliance with applicable provisions, namely the Health insurance Portability and Accountability act of 1996 (HIPAA). Since our goal is to provide the highest level of service to our patients and business partners, we want you to know how AposTherapy complies with the various applicable health information privacy directives. Our policy contains procedures addressing the protection, use and disclosure of protected health information ("PHI"), accounting of disclosures, access by individules and third parties to PHI, protection of PHI by contractors, business associate agreements and training of employees. How We Protect Personal Information We treat PHI securely and confidentially. We limit access to personal information to only those persons who need to know that information to provide support services to our customers. These persons are trained on the importance of safeguarding this information and must comply with our procedures and applicable laws. We employ strict physical, electronic and procedural security standards to protect personal information and maintain internal procedures to promote the integrity and accuracy of that information. Disclosure of Personal Information We may use or disclose PHI to regulatory bodies and organizations such as Food and Drug Administration ("FDA"), Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency ("MHRA") or Health Sciences Authority ("HAS") in connection with the reporting of adverse events, product defects or problems, product tracking or for other purposes as required by such bodies. We may use or disclose PHI during the course of clinical research activities. We may also disclose PHI as required when required or instructed by law. We have procedures in place for individuals to have access to PHI, and procedures in place to ensure the integrity of our information and for the timely correction of incorrect information.
